Healing happens in relationship: with yourself, another person, or with everything you carry through this life.
You are the expert on your own story. I am here to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and a deep belief in your capacity to grow.
Therapy is a place to slow down and get curious: about your patterns, your body, your stories, and who you are becoming. My hope is that the compassion and curiosity we bring to our work together becomes something you start to offer yourself.
I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults as well as couples and relational groups. My approach is relational and somatic, which means I pay attention to all of you: not just what you think, but what you feel, what your body holds, and how you move through your relationships with others, the natural world, and whatever you hold as sacred.
If you're looking for a therapist who will stay with complexity and not rush toward resolution, we may be a good fit.
